Returns
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, no questions asked.
Conditions for Return:
- The product must be unused and undamaged.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
How to Return:

- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the product back to the address we provide.
Refunds:
We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned product.
Warranty
We offer a 24-month warranty on all products. If your product becomes defective during this period, you can return it for a repair or replacement.
Exceptions:
- We are not responsible for defects caused by misuse or neglect.
- We are not responsible for defects covered by the buyer at the time of purchase.
Warranty Claims:
- To make a warranty claim, please contact us via email (contact@deermates.com).
- You will need to provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
- We will then work with you to resolve the issue.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any disagreements regarding returns or warranty claims, you can contact the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority for alternative dispute resolution.
